Put AI and data to work in real business processes.

Useful AI begins with a defined task, usable information and a way to judge the result. We connect data and design supervised workflows so that uncertain outputs, human decisions and operating costs remain visible.

Discuss this capability

When this
work matters.

  • 01

People read and re-enter information from recurring documents, with inconsistent formats and frequent exceptions.

  • 02

Internal answers are scattered across documents, systems and individual knowledge.

  • 03

A demonstration looks promising but no one has measured its quality on representative work.

  • 04

Operational reports disagree because definitions, sources or ownership are unclear.

Make the work tangible.

Scope is agreed around your business priorities, existing systems and delivery constraints.

What we can help with

  • Document extraction and validation
  • Internal knowledge assistants with access boundaries
  • Supervised workflow automation
  • Data integration and operational reporting
  • AI evaluation and exception handling
  • Access controls, usage monitoring and cost measurement
THE HANDOVER

What you leave with

  • A bounded use case with a baseline, evaluation criteria and an explicit decision owner.
  • A documented data flow with source permissions, processing boundaries and retention assumptions.
  • A representative evaluation set and an inspectable record of failure cases.
  • A working workflow with human review, exception routing and an agreed fallback.
  • Quality, usage and cost reporting, plus a handover for ongoing review.

A clear sequence.
A shared view of progress.

  1. 01

    Establish the baseline

Measure the current task, workload, handling effort and exceptions. Check whether simpler rules, better data or a process change could meet the need.

  2. 02

    Check information and permissions

Inspect representative inputs, document access boundaries and identify sensitive content. Agree which actions require human approval and what the system must never do.

  3. 03

    Evaluate a bounded implementation

Test against representative examples and difficult cases. Review incorrect answers, missing fields, unsupported conclusions and the effort needed to correct them.

  4. 04

    Integrate with supervision

Connect approved outputs to the business workflow, route uncertain cases to an owner and record usage. Expand only when measured behavior supports the next step.

Useful questions.
Straight answers.

Does every workflow need generative AI?

No. Search, deterministic rules, structured forms or conventional automation can be a better fit. We compare approaches against the task and its quality, access and operating requirements.

How do you handle incorrect AI outputs?

The design should assume errors are possible. We agree evaluation criteria, provide review where consequences require it, route exceptions and preserve a practical fallback. A confident response is not treated as evidence of correctness.

Can an internal assistant use restricted documents?

Only within an agreed access model. Source permissions, retrieval, output handling and audit requirements must be considered together. The system should not make a document available simply because it has been indexed.

Can you guarantee a financial return?

No. We can establish assumptions and measure results against a baseline. Released staff capacity is distinguished from cash savings, and evaluation includes review effort, implementation and ongoing operating costs.
